Who we are
We are a creative writing and performance media house, we are based in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga. We are in the business of making superstars out of poets. Our main objective is to bridge the gap between creative writers and their audiences. We are about innovating the way poetry is packaged and presented. Our mission is to develop writers as creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
Our company principles are more than just values - they're part of each of us as personality traits. We embody the work we do. As a team of passionate individuals, we are for poetry first and then for love – in all its forms and shapes. The love for creative writing and performance, the love for the creative industry as a whole.
We are passionate about finding innovative ways to package poetry, in such a way that it is sellable in commercial spaces. About the Internship
This is a 6 months unpaid programme where we are giving young professionals an opportunity to join our team as interns at entry level. We are looking to incentivise and help these individuals build their personal brands with certified on-the-job training and experience in their respective departments, and an opportunity to join our team on a paid full-time basis at the end of the 6 months programme.

Your Role:
You will plan and designate project resources
You will prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way
You will guide the team's efforts and keep everyone aligned according to a project charter
You'll be responsible for coordinating the team's activities to ensure efficient use of all project resources
Requirements:
Your solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes
Strong leadership skills
Proven self-management and team-management skills
You have the ability to monitor and control project budgets
You have the capability to make decisions under pressure
Your knowledge of the creative writing and performance industry will be an added advantage
Your experience using Click-Up as a tool will be an added advantage
A passion and love for arts and creativity
